In an ever-evolving realm of creativity and perspective, Gabrielle “Real McKoy” has honed a distinctive multimedia practice. Excelling in both the arts and sciences, she ultimately embraced the creative path bestowed upon her by the universe.
With unlimited platforms as her textile and canvas, Gabrielle’s work has graced historic landmarks and earned recognition at Broward County Library. Following the pandemic, she became a local favourite at Hollywood’s ArtWalk and a preferred artist within the 501(c) community.
Her series Pho-Nipulation explores dimensions of movement through a freehand approach to raw photographs, exaggerating exposure, colour and manual focus to create balance and depth.
Gabrielle has also lent her craftsmanship to Eye Candy, an assortment of zodiac-inspired precious-stone pieces. Through art and entrepreneurship, Gabrielle “Real McKoy” remains deeply connected to her Caribbean heritage.
